Privacy Policy

We understand how important it is to keep your personal information safe, secure and private. That is why we have created this Privacy Policy to protect your personal information.

"Personal Information" is information that can identify an individual or information about an identifiable individual and is protected by law.

What we Collect

This may include information such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, credit information, and billing or service records.

All information that identifies you is not necessarily considered protected Personal Information. Information, such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address that is listed in a public directory is not protected by privacy laws. Your business contact information, such as name, title, business address, telephone number and business e-mail address used in relation to your employment or business, is also not protected by privacy laws.

How we Use your Information

We use your personal information to offer you products to purchase, accept orders, process orders (including payment processing), ship orders, invoice orders, and process returns or warranty claims.

How we Protect your Information

We maintain appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information. All of our employees with access to Personal Information are required to maintain the confidentiality of Personal Information.

Our website used Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS). With HTTPS, the computers agree on a "code" between them, and then they scramble the data using that "code" so that no one in between can read them. This keeps your information safe from hackers.

When you create an account on our website, you are sent a password via email. This password is stored in an encrypted format, and nobody has access to view your password. If you forget your password, you can request a new one by visiting the My Account page. It will be automatically generated and emailed to you. You may also change your password at any time by completing the Modify My Password section on the My Profile page.

We use a PCI-DSS certified processing provider to process credit card purchases, which protects your information and ensures confidential data security.

How you can Protect your Information

There are several things you can do to protect your Personal Information.

Passwords
  • Create a strong password
  • Do NOT use Password as a Password
  • Include a mix of upper and lower case characters, as well as special characters (!, @, #, $, etc.)
  • Create a unique password for this site (don’t use the same password for all your sites)
  • Don’t use real words
  • The longer the password the better
  • Change your password often
Security Software
  • Use Anti-Virus Software from a reputable company
  • Scan your computer on a regular basis
Watch out for Scams

Be wary of phone calls, texts, or emails that request your Personal Information, when the communication has not been initiated by you.

  • Phishing Scams – you are invited to a legitimate looking website through an email or online message, and when you visit the site they request Personal Information from you e.g. They may advise you your account has been hacked and you must follow certain immediate steps to correct it.
  • SMiShing Scams – These are similar to phishing scams, however you get a text message from what appears to be a bank or service provider asking you to do something.
Monitor your Credit Card Activity

Check your monthly statement carefully to ensure all charges are legitimate. If you see any suspicious charges, contact your credit card company immediately.
