One-Year Limited Warranty
Maxwest Telecom Warranty
Maxwest Telecom offers a Limited Warranty from manufacture defects such as defective parts or from the workmanship. This warranty will be valid for a one (1) year period from the date of purchase.
What is NOT Covered Under Warranty?
The Limited Warranty does not cover (a) damage caused by abnormal use, misuse, abuse, accidents, water damage (includes moist or damp areas), excessive heat, unauthorized repairs, electric shocks; (b) cosmetic damage, dents, and scratches; (c) excessive force placed on the screen; (d) Serial number/IMEI number erased, tampered, changed or made illegible; (e) damaged done by accessories not authorized by Maxwest; (f) damage done by improper installation, maintenance, services not authorized by Maxwest;
During this period, Maxwest Telecom will have the device sent in for repair without a charge to you for neither labor nor parts. If the device is not repairable, Maxwest Telecom will replace the device with a new or refurbished device, at Maxwest Telecom sole discretion. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to the repair center of Maxwest Telecom. It is also the customer’s responsibility for shipping the package in the original packaging or in something similar. Device must come with its accessories and parts. Maxwest Telecom will not provide any type of shipping package or shipping label. If the device should get damaged during the shipping process, the warranty may be voided. You must receive a RMA number from a Maxwest representative before sending in the device.
The warranty extends only to defects from workmanship or parts and does not extend to other products or parts, lost accessories, damaged by misuse, accidents, water damage. Warranty does not cover cosmetic nor physical damage.
To obtain the Warranty Service/Tech Support
Please contact Customer Service Directly at our email RMA@MAXWESTTELECOM.COM or call us at 714-352-7661. Operating hours are from 9:00am-6:00pm (PST) Monday through Friday. A Customer Service representative will instruct you in how to process your claim. If the problem falls within the limits of warranty, you shall receive a RMA number along with instructions. If the problem does not fall in the limitations of the warranty, you will be asked if you would like to receive any other services for a fee. Turn Around Time
